The client sends over poorly rendered files, some napkin art, and wants a functional sign design, right!? Wrong. While our designers are talented, they may not be able to work with every file. Strongly prefer the following formats – .PDF, .AI, .EPS, and sometimes high quality .PNG.
If only .jpg is available, send it in; we’ll try our best to work with it but a loss of quality may occur when blowing up to 6 foot signs.
